RELEASE: I understand that I acquire no rights in an apartment until I sign this agreement. In consideration for landlord holding said apartment, I hereby waive all rights to the return of said application fee; and fee shall be retained (FORFEITED) as liquidated damages in the event I do not choose to enter into the agreement applied for herein and should I decide not to take the apartment after 24 hours of approval. I understand that in the event said application for tenancy is not accepted, application fee shall not be returned to applicant. Applicant represents that all above statements are true and correct and hereby authorizes verification of the above items including, but not limited to, the obtaining of a credit report and agrees to furnish additional credit references upon request. Applicant consents to allow Owner/Agent to disclose tenancy information to previous or subsequent Owners/Agents.
